ZyllSoft SEO + AEO + GEO Playbook
Execution plan for ranking ZyllSoft in the United States for remote staffing and recruitment searches, and for being cited by AI answer engines. On-page work that could be done in this prototype is already implemented; everything else is sequenced below for the production build. Goal chain: Google visibility → qualified US traffic → employer leads → booked calls → clients.
Phase 1 · Audit of the current site
Context: the site is a pre-launch prototype. No domain, hosting, Search Console, analytics or backlink profile exists yet, so those items appear as launch tasks rather than findings.
| Severity | Finding | Status / fix |
|---|---|---|
| FIXED | No titles, meta descriptions, canonicals, OG tags or schema on any page | All 11 pages tagged (see Phase 4); Organization, WebSite, Service, AboutPage, ContactPage + auto-FAQPage schema added |
| FIXED | Broken nav imports and dead buttons after file renames | Every link, anchor and import verified working |
| CRITICAL | Not deployed: no domain, robots.txt, sitemap, GSC, GA4 | robots.txt + sitemap.xml written (project root); register domain, deploy, verify GSC + Bing, install GA4 — launch week |
| CRITICAL | Case-study figures are illustrative models, not verified client data | Publish CRM-verified numbers before using figures in SEO copy or schema; AI engines cite verifiable claims |
| HIGH | No blog / resources section | Required for topical authority + AEO; Phase 8 clusters |
| HIGH | Photos are CSS backgrounds; no image SEO surface | In production build use <img> with descriptive filenames, alt text, width/height, WebP, lazy-load below fold |
| HIGH | No Privacy Policy / Terms pages (trust + EEAT gap) | Publish both at launch; footer already reserves slots |
| MEDIUM | Sample job listings could tempt JobPosting schema | Deliberately NOT added — schema on example roles violates Google policy; add per real opening |
| MEDIUM | Brand strip uses sample client names | Replace with real clients or remove before launch; fake names damage EEAT if discovered |
| LOW | og-cover.png (1200×630) does not exist yet | Create branded share image at launch |
Phase 2 · Keyword map (page ↔ keyword, no cannibalization)
| Page → production URL | Primary keyword | Secondary keywords | Intent | Priority |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Home → / | remote staffing agency | remote staffing company, virtual staffing agency, hire remote employees | Transactional | P0 |
| Services → /remote-staffing-services/ | remote staffing services | recruitment outsourcing, dedicated remote employees, remote hiring solutions | Transactional | P0 |
| Contact → /hire-remote-talent/ | hire remote talent | book recruitment call, request candidates | Transactional | P0 |
| Roofing → /roofing-staffing/ | roofing staffing agency | remote sales agents for roofing companies, roofing appointment setters, roofing virtual assistant | Transactional | P0 |
| HVAC → /hvac-staffing/ | hvac staffing | hvac appointment setters, hvac answering + booking staff, hvac virtual assistant | Transactional | P0 |
| Solar → /solar-staffing/ | solar sales staffing | solar appointment setters, solar lead follow-up service | Transactional | P0 |
| Moving → /moving-company-staffing/ | moving company staffing | moving company call center staff, booking agents for movers | Transactional | P0 |
| Case Studies → /case-studies/ | remote staffing results | staffing agency case studies | Commercial | P1 |
| Candidates → /remote-jobs/ | remote jobs with US companies | remote sales agent jobs, appointment setter jobs, work from home for US companies | Candidate | P1 |
| About → /about/ | ZyllSoft (brand) | about ZyllSoft, ZyllSoft leadership | Brand/EEAT | P1 |
| Consultation → /career-consultation/ | career consultation for students | institute workshops, mock interviews | Brand/EEAT | P2 |
New pages to build (each owns its own cluster; do not fold into existing pages): /hire-appointment-setters/ ("hire appointment setters", P0 — highest commercial gap), /remote-sales-staffing/ ("hire remote sales representatives", P0), /remote-customer-service-staffing/ (P1), /virtual-assistants/ (P1), /real-estate-staffing/ (P1), /home-services-staffing/ (hub, P1). Rule: one primary keyword per page; industry pages must stay genuinely industry-specific (they already are — keep it that way).
Phase 3 · Site architecture (production)
Home / ├─ Services /remote-staffing-services/ │ ├─ /remote-sales-staffing/ ├─ /hire-appointment-setters/ │ ├─ /remote-customer-service-staffing/ └─ /virtual-assistants/ ├─ Industries /home-services-staffing/ │ ├─ /roofing-staffing/ ├─ /hvac-staffing/ │ ├─ /solar-staffing/ ├─ /moving-company-staffing/ │ └─ /real-estate-staffing/ ├─ /case-studies/ (one URL per verified study later) ├─ Resources /blog/ (clusters in Phase 8) ├─ /about/ ├─ /remote-jobs/ ├─ /career-consultation/ └─ /hire-remote-talent/ (+ /privacy-policy/, /terms/)
Every money page ≤2 clicks from home. National strategy only — no thin city pages (a "staffing agency in [city]" page is justified only if a real office or verified local clients exist).
Phase 4 · Page-by-page on-page SEO — implemented
Already live in this prototype (view-source any page): unique ≤60-char title, ~150-char meta description, canonical to the production URL, OG + Twitter cards, JSON-LD. Each page keeps exactly one H1 (the display headline) with the keyword phrase in H1 or the kicker. Highlights:
| Page | Title (implemented) | Schema (implemented) |
|---|---|---|
| Home | ZyllSoft | Remote Staffing Agency for US Home Services | Organization + WebSite |
| Services | Remote Staffing Services & Sales Hiring | ZyllSoft | Service + auto-FAQPage |
| Roofing | Roofing Staffing Agency | Remote Roofing Sales Agents | Service + auto-FAQPage |
| HVAC | HVAC Staffing Agency | Remote HVAC Appointment Setters | Service + auto-FAQPage |
| Solar | Solar Sales Staffing | Remote Solar Appointment Setters | Service + auto-FAQPage |
| Moving | Moving Company Staffing | Remote Sales Coordinators | Service + auto-FAQPage |
| Case Studies | Case Studies | Remote Staffing Results | ZyllSoft | CollectionPage |
| Find a Job | Remote Jobs With US Companies | Find a Job | ZyllSoft | WebPage (JobPosting deferred until listings are real) |
| Contact | Hire Remote Talent | Book a Recruitment Call | ZyllSoft | ContactPage + ContactPoint |
| About | About ZyllSoft | Remote Recruitment & Staffing Company | AboutPage + Person (Isha Abbas, Rana Umar Hamid) |
| Consultation | Career Consultation & Institute Workshops | ZyllSoft | Service + auto-FAQPage |
FAQPage schema is generated from the FAQ accordions actually visible on each page (seo-faq-schema.js), so markup can never drift from content. Internal-linking pattern to preserve in production: industry page → Services + Contact + its case study; case study → industry page + Contact; blog posts → one service page + one industry page each; home → all money pages (all already true in the prototype).
Phase 5 · Technical checklist for the production build
Done in prototype
Meta/OG/canonical/schema on all pages · robots.txt with AI crawlers allowed · sitemap.xml (canonical URLs only) · single H1 per page · semantic heading order · mobile responsive, no horizontal scroll · all links/anchors verified · descriptive URLs mapped
At launch (dev)
HTTPS + single canonical host (zyllsoft.com, www→301) · deploy robots.txt + sitemap.xml, submit in GSC + Bing WMT · GA4 + events (book_call, form_submit, email_click) · 404 page · <img> with alt/dimensions/WebP/lazy-load · font preload · LCP < 2.5s, CLS < 0.1, INP < 200ms (compress hero images, defer non-critical JS) · Privacy + Terms pages · og-cover.png
Phase 6 · AEO — questions ZyllSoft should own
Format: answer in the first 40–60 words, then depth. FAQ accordions already do this on service/industry pages; blog posts extend it.
| Question (People Also Ask / voice / AI) | Where it lives |
|---|---|
| What is a remote staffing agency? / How does remote staffing work? | Blog pillar → links to Services |
| How much does it cost to hire a remote employee vs locally? | Blog: cost breakdown → Services |
| Who employs the worker with a staffing agency? | Services FAQ (live) |
| How do recruitment agencies screen remote candidates? | Blog + Services FAQ (live) |
| How do I hire an appointment setter? / What does one cost? | /hire-appointment-setters/ + its FAQ |
| Remote staffing vs outsourcing vs freelancers — what's the difference? | Blog comparison posts |
| Can a US company hire employees overseas? | Blog: employer-of-record explainer |
| Why is 5-minute lead response important? (speed-to-lead) | Blog: speed-to-lead stats page (link magnet) |
| Industry-specific: how do roofing/HVAC/solar/moving companies handle missed calls? | Industry pages (FAQs live) + industry blog posts |
Phase 7 · GEO — getting cited by AI engines
1. Entity clarity (done): Organization schema states what ZyllSoft is, who it serves, where, and who runs it; consistent "ZyllSoft" spelling everywhere; explicit fact statements on-page ("US-registered staffing company", "We employ them. You direct them.").
2. Crawlability (done): robots.txt explicitly allows GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended.
3. Citable assets (to create): one original statistics page ("Speed-to-lead in home services: response-time benchmarks") — AI engines cite pages with concrete, sourced numbers; refresh yearly.
4. Verifiable proof: replace illustrative case-study figures with CRM-verified data + client approval; AI systems discount unverifiable claims.
5. Third-party corroboration: LinkedIn company page + founder profiles matching site facts, Clutch/GoodFirms/G2 staffing listings, Google Business Profile, podcast/guest appearances (Phase 9) — AI answers weigh cross-source consistency.
6. Author identity: blog posts bylined to Isha Abbas / Rana Umar Hamid with bio blocks linking /about/.
Phase 8 · Content strategy — 4 pillars, 50 prioritized ideas
Pillars: A. Remote Staffing (→ Services) · B. Sales Hiring (→ /remote-sales-staffing/ + /hire-appointment-setters/) · C. Recruitment Process (→ Services/About) · D. Industry Playbooks (→ industry pages). Cadence: 2 posts/week, best-answer depth, no fixed word count. P0 = first 30 days.

Phase 9 · Authority & backlinks (quality only)
Directories/profiles (week 1): Google Business Profile, LinkedIn company page, Clutch, GoodFirms, Crunchbase, staffing-industry directories.
Industry press: guest posts + founder quotes in Roofing Contractor, ACHR News (HVAC), Solar Power World, moving-industry association blogs — pitch the speed-to-lead data page.
Original research: the response-time benchmark study is the primary link magnet; annual refresh earns recurring citations.
Podcasts: home-services and contractor-growth podcasts (founder story: "we employ them, you direct them" model).
Partnerships: CRM/dialer vendors serving contractors (integration or co-marketing pages).
Avoid: PBNs, paid link farms, mass directories, comment spam, exact-match anchor campaigns.
Phase 10 · 90-day roadmap
| Days | Tasks |
|---|---|
| 1–30 Foundations + money pages | P0: deploy on zyllsoft.com · GSC + Bing verification, submit sitemap · GA4 + conversion events · Privacy/Terms · og-cover.png · image alt/WebP pass · build /hire-appointment-setters/ + /remote-sales-staffing/ · publish 4 P0 posts · Google Business Profile + LinkedIn · P1: verify first case study with real CRM data |
| 31–60 Clusters + internal links | P0: publish speed-to-lead statistics page · P1: 8 more cluster posts (A+B first) · /home-services-staffing/ hub + /real-estate-staffing/ · internal-link pass (blog→service→case study→contact) · directory profiles live · first GSC review: find position 4–20 queries, strengthen those pages |
| 61–90 Authority + CRO | P1: guest posts + 2 podcast pitches using the data page · 8 more posts (C+D) · replace remaining illustrative figures with verified data · P2: CRO pass on Contact + industry pages (form friction, above-fold CTA test) · quarterly GSC/GA4 report template · P3: evaluate /virtual-assistants/ + customer-service page based on query data |
Standing rules: one primary keyword per page · answer-first content · no fabricated stats, reviews or clients · schema always mirrors visible content · brand always written "ZyllSoft" · measure success in booked calls, not impressions.
